1st step:
just simply open your opermini mobile broser.

2nd step:
now write "about:config" in your operamini's address bar.

3rd step:
then select "use bitmap fonts for complex script", then select "yes"

4th step:
then click 'ok'

now your browser'll show bangla fonts !!
